Before your first visit
Vaccines
We need a current rabies vaccine for every dog, and we recommend distemper, parvo and Bordetella. Bring the records to your first visit, or email them to us ahead of time.
Drop-off and pickup
Drop off at your booked time and we'll go over the cut with you. Most grooms take two to three hours, and we'll email you the moment they're ready.
New clients and deposits
First visits are held with a $20 deposit, and it comes off your total on the day. After that, no deposit, just pay at pickup.
Changing or canceling
Change or cancel for free up to 24 hours before. Inside 24 hours the deposit is kept, and a missed appointment is charged in full.
Nervous dogs, seniors and puppies
Tell us everything in the notes when you book, and we'll follow it. Puppies are welcome from 12 weeks, once they've had their first shots.
Matted coats
If a coat is matted, we'll call before we start. Sometimes a short shave is kinder than a long brush-out, and we'll never decide that without you.
